Hi there. My name is infinitedetox and I'm an addict. Seriously. I've spent the past several weeks whittling away an opiate dependency via a reading of Infinite Jest, following the Infinite Summer schedule. I've been chronicling the experience as best I can . Since for several years now drugs have been the connective tissue holding my brain together things are still kind of scattershot and ad-hoc. But Monday is slated to be Day One, so I'll hopefully be able to attack the project with a little more rigor 'n vigor as the fog lifts and the summer progresses. Wish me luck! |
